The BSC Watersports Centre is located on the green and verdant Horaihama on the west side of the lake. Founded in 1973, it has close to 40 years and counting of history in holding lessons for yachting, kayaking, windsurfing and other water sports. They also offer a range of courses that are conducted on the beautiful Lake Biwa itself – allowing you to bask in its natural beauty as you embark on your course.
