At a height of 100m, one can enjoy a complete 360° view of Kyoto and see through to Osaka on a clear day from the observation deck on the top floor. As day turns into night, the city lights up and the gentle, sloping ridges of Higashiyama’s thirty-six peaks are fantastically beautiful.
