Enjoy the World Intangible Heritage "Noh" Performances

One of the three biggest Japanese traditional entertainments, “Noh”, was originated in Kansai, and was one of UNESCO’s first World Intangible Heritage. The Kyoto Kanze Noh play Theater is a theater specially designed for Noh performances, which mainly takes place on Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays. In Kansai, there are many other Noh theaters, including the Ohtsuki Noh Theatre in Osaka and the Kongoh Nohgakudou Hall in Kyoto. (For inquiries about the “Noh” performance schedule, please check with the theater office and your local travel agency.)
