The total area of the market is over 12 acres with a parking capacity of 70 buses and 777 cars, which is the largest in Western Japan. They sell seasonal seafood from all over Japan as well as various local specialties. At any time, you can appreciate many kinds of fish such as Kue (long-tooth grouper) swimming in huge water tanks as if in an aquarium, located straight ahead from the front entrance. In the tuna zone, they sell slices of fresh tuna, which has been caught nearby and never frozen.
