Within the udon culture in Osaka, Genji Soba continues to dedicate itself to soba, or buckwheat noodles. Osaka is actually said to be the birthplace of “Sunaba”, a famous soba restaurant in the Kanto region (although there are several theories…).
We offer an additive-free menu based on the concept of “staying healthy ten years from now” by using homemade flour from whole buckwheat and brown rice as well as vegetables directly stocked from the producers.
Our most recommended dish is the “Organic Large Shrimp Tempura Soba”. The harmony created by the tempura made of organic shrimp and fresh vegetables and the soba is a masterpiece.
We have many fans from abroad, so our store notebook is filled with comments in many languages!
