The Pioneer of the Ramen Boom

Opened in 1910, Asakusa Rairaiken is one of the earliest shops in the ramen boom of Japan.
Although closed in 1944, the Shin Yokohama Ramen Museum has recreated the classic bowl inferring from its historical background and documents – at the museum, you will be able to have a taste of their infamous bowl of Shoyu ramen.
