Kyoto Kanze Nohplay Theater
Enjoy World Intangible Heritage "Noh"

As one of the three biggest Japanese traditional entertainments, "Noh", which was originated in Kansai, was registered as UNESCO first World Intangible Heritage. The Kyoto Kanze Nohplay Theater is a theater for exclusive use of the Noh and gives performances mainly on Saturday, Sunday, and national holidays. In Kansai, there are many other theaters for exclusive use of the Noh, including the Ohtsuki Noh Theatre in Osaka and the Kongoh nohgakudou in Kyoto.
